Do I need a fill?
I have a appointment on Monday for a fill. Do I need One? I can eat about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of food at a time. I have PB or up chucked about 4 time in the last 2 weeks. One was on bread, I will no longer try to eat it. One was on spaghetti, I think it was the ground beef, so skipping ground beef. And one was chicken salad, chicken was dry and it was in a restaurant, Poo that sucked the 1st restaurant PB. I had leftovers last night and thought all was well and nope up it came. Too dry. Is this just learning what I can eat or am I at the green zone? I still get hungry between meals after about 3 hours and a small snack helps. But I have only dropped a few lbs the past 2 weeks. Do I need a fill????????? Oh PS I am liquids today.
