I got a .25cc fill on Monday. I am really surprised how much I can still eat. I had clam chowder last night, chicken w/noodles today. I can still eat about a cup#@###??.
I can fill it, but nothing bad, Whoopee! I also know this can change in a min. I must have gained at some time in the past mo but over all I am still down 41 lbs. The good news is of the 6.5 lbs loss in the past 5 weeks was all fat! no muscle loss. One lbs to oneunderland. I think I will paint this week end and work off come calories.

Great job! Keep in mind that sometimes it takes a few days to feel the fill, just be careful when you're eating. I forgot that and almost had a stuck episode!
My understanding is that a cup to 1.5 cups of food is the gold standard for good restriction. If it keeps you full for 4-5 hours, you're golden!
My take on it: restriction is about appetite suppression between meals, not restricting the amount you can eat at each meal....just my two cents. :)
