I am down 52 lbs . The changes to my body are really showing now. The boobs are long the belly is long, the muffin top is still their, bat wing arms and a flat butt. But I feel incredible about my progress. My NP said there is no time limit on this journey as long as I keep moving, Good one to remember.
I have been keeping track of what I eat a bout 50% of the time and I have only walked 2 times in 2 weeks. But I did walk today in the snow. How come when I loss lbs I am more motivated to do the right things and when I am at a stand still I am very lazy, wait I think I just answered myself, Da.
My band is pretty tight and I like it. I am not getting hungry as often but I do eat about 4 times a day but really small amounts 1/2 cup. My fave are beans, all kinds of them. I can still eat bread most of the time if it is toasted. Had a bad PB followed by full vomiting the other night. Chinese food :( ate too fast and out it came, you would think I would know better after 9 mo. Still learning and everyday is different with the band.
I think I will get my nose pierced for my reward when I lose 60 lbs.

I've had my band almost 3 years and I still forget and eat too fast or take large bites and then I get the PB and thing Man!! when will I learn. But think of how many years you ate that way before you were banded. It's something you did without thinking. Now you/we have to remember with each bite to chew, chew, chew and take smaller bites. It is a journey and thankfully we can all help to support each other as we get there.
Way to go with the walk in the snow....exercise is the secret!
